DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES
1Provide the leadership to the Facility Management team at the client site
2The single point of Management Control for FM at the site.
3In consultation and collaboration with Business Delivery Manager (BDM) overseethe operation, staffing, performance and development of the FacilitiesManagement service delivery staff.
4Ensure client satisfaction with the client Facility/Property Management team byproviding a seamless interface into the client’s real estate organization.
5Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.
6Understand the Facilities Management scope for the client assigned and developclient specific processes and procedures in consultation with BDM and ensureimplementation and compliance of the processes.
7Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets.
8Support the Client in the implementation of short and long-term projects forthe client project.
9Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performanceindicators as identified by client.
10Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annualreporting for the client.
11Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting,performance reviews, and career development planning and incentive/salaryadministration.
12Ensure compliance with DBEST minimum audit standards.
13Share best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for DBEST
14Special,/adhoc tasks as assigned by superior as and when required
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1 A university degree or professional qualification in engineering, real estate or facility management
2 Over 7 years practical experience in property or facility management
3 Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions
4 Strong leadership, people and communication skills
5 Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
