We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scientist to join our DMPK (Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics) team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, executing, and interpreting DMPK studies to support drug discovery and development programs. Contribute to the optimization and prioritization of drug candidates by evaluating their ADME (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion) properties and pharmacokinetics (PK) to advance our pipeline. Areas of Responsibilities 1. Design, protocol review, implementation, data analysis, and report of preclinical pharmacokinetic studies, and supporting the project team in candidate drug selection. 2. Responsible for drug ADME properties assessment, such as liver microsome stability, protein binding, CYPs inhibition/induction, drug transporters (P-gP/BCRP/OATP, etc), or other routine assays. 3. Develop and validate bioanalysis of small molecules and biomarkers to support clinical studies. 4. Responsible for the daily maintenance of LC/MS/MS instruments and SOP updates, or other tasks assigned by the superior. 5. Work effectively in a cross-functional team environment (Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biomarker, etc), and interact with different levels within the organization as well as CROs/vendors/academic institutuions. Qualification Required 1. Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or related field required with 0-3 years of related working experience. 2. Basic knowledge of drug ADME & PK properties, familiarity with the whole process of drug discovery and development, and relevant regulations is preferred. 3. Strong literature retrieval and English literature reading ability, good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. 4. Good communication skills, strong innovation and learning ability, and capable of challenging work.
