Supporting the CDD Executive role by completing pre-CDD data validation checks, liaising with client customers to arrange CDD interviews and handling general queries.
?

?Responsibilities (崗位職責)

- Need to liaise with our client’s customers via telephone and email to arrange CDD interviews?- 通過電話及郵件聯系客戶，安排面談事宜
?
- Working as a team member to help manage the diary of CDD Executive for interview scheduling?- 協助盡職調查專員管理以及維護客戶面談日程記錄，對相關工作文件進行整理及存檔
?
- Handle inbound general query calls from client’s customers?- 協助解答客戶咨詢電話，及時向盡職調查專員反饋客戶情況或疑問
?
- Coordinate activities to ensure internal SLA’s are met and provide timely updates?- 協助盡職調查專員開展調查工作，確保其順利進行并及時進行反饋
?
- Provide timely review and follow up on referrals and queries?- 及時跟進客戶提出的問題，并提供后續的解決方案
?Basic Requirement (崗位要求)
?
- Diploma or above degree, ideally in a business related discipline?- 大專或以上學歷，商科專業背景者優先考慮
?
- Relevant experience working in a call centre will be an advantage?- 有相關客服工作經驗者優先考慮
?
- Confidence in liaising with external clients with strong communications skills?- 具備較強的溝通能力，能夠自信地與客戶進行溝通交流
?
- Fluent writing and verbal communications in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is needed?- 較強的書面表達及口頭溝通能力，含英語、中文及粵語
?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or other related applications?- 能熟練地使用PowerPoint, Word, Excel等辦公室軟件

- Highly motivated to deliver results to the right standards and targets?- 主動性強，能按時按質完成工作
