【崗位職責 | Key Responsibilities】
1. 根據相關的會計制度進行會計核算,確保客戶月末順利結賬;按時出具財務報告,納稅申報;
Process accounting in accordance with relevant accounting standards to ensure smooth month-end closing for clients; prepare financial reports and tax filings on schedule;
2. 定期分析和檢查會計數據,及時發現并解決問題;
Regula analyze and review accounting data to identify and resolve pending issues timely;
3. 協助客戶對接外部和內部審計;
Assist clients in coordinating both internal and external audits;
4. 負責與客戶、政府部門以及其他相關部門之間的溝通對接;
Responsible for liaising and coordination with clients, government departments, and other relevant parties;
5. 為客戶提供會計和稅務咨詢服務;
Provide accounting and tax consulting services to clients;
6. 協助主管進項日常團隊管理;
Assist supervisors with team management;
7. 帶教會計助理、初級會計并進行合理工作安排;
Provide guidance to assistant accountants and accountants, and allocate their work tasks in a reasonable manner.
8. 公司安排的其他工作。
Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.

【任職要求 | Job Requirements】
1. 本科以上學歷,會計或財稅相關專業優先;
Bachelor‘s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management or related fields is preferred;
2. 3-5年左右會計相關工作經驗,有商貿類,制造業行業背景優先;
3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with a background in trading or manufacturing industries;
3. 精通中國公認會計準則和熟悉國際財務報告準則;
Proficient in Chinese GAAP and familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
4. 良好的團隊協作和多任務處理能力;
Strong team collaboration and multitasking skills;
5. 優秀的英語書面和口語溝通能力,熟悉其他語言(日語,韓語等)的優先;
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages (such as Japanese, Korean, etc.) is a plus.
6. 熟練使用金蝶財務軟件,熟練運用Excel, Word等辦公室軟件. 有SAP, Oracle等ERP軟件使用經驗的優先;
Proficient in Kingdee accounting software and adept at using office software such as Excel and Word. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
7. 有代賬公司和會計事務所工作背景的優先。
Prior experience in bookkeeping firms or CPA firms is an advantage.
