Job Description
Industry sales manager (Power generation industry) or Senior sales manager/Vice sales director
Report to sales director
Responsibilities:
· Assisting sales director
- Make business plan for the industry
- Perform financial analysis for the industry responsible for
- Analyse sales opportunities for the industry responsible for, and develop corresponding sales plan
· Managing customers and distributor network
- Connector of Company and Group customers
- Understand the requirements of customers and distributors, assist them in better sales
- Train customers and distributors, guide and assist them in developing new applications and markets
· Market analysing.
- Carry out market research, to identify potential markets for Group’s products in the industry responsible for
- Introduce new technologies/products into Chinese market
· Becoming an expert in selling skills for Group’s products
- Receive trainings on Group’s products
- Identify new applications, develop new customers/distributors
· Managing the sales team for the industry responsible for
- Set sales objectives for each team members, and tracking their performance regularly
- Review and inspect sales plan for each individual sales person, and help them to continue improving
- Optimize the internal management of the sales team
Requirements:
· Work experience is a must in the industry responsible for, with the capability to develop new sales channels and manage existing sales channels
· Be familiar with industrial instruments, sensors, CEMS, etc.
· With experience related to regulatory monitoring applications, or industrial optimization.
· Experience on developing business plans
· Successful references in previous sales career
· Working experiences in European or American business is a plus
· English skill is a plus

- 接受集團相關產品的培訓
- 鑒別新應用點,挖掘新客戶。
· 管理所負責行業的銷售團隊
- 制定銷售人員的銷售目標,并跟蹤完成結果
- 評估審查銷售人員的銷售計劃,并幫助銷售人員持續改進
- 優化銷售團隊的內部管理
任職要求
· 有在所負責行業的工作經歷,有銷售渠道管理和開拓經驗
· 熟悉工業監測儀表、傳感器等
· 具有在環保監管領域或工業過程優化領域的相關經驗
· 有編制銷售業務計劃的經驗
· 具有成功的銷售/市場分析的案例
· 具有在歐美企業從業經歷者優先
· 有英文口語和書寫能力者優先
