職責與挑戰

• 對設備控制流程有比較深刻的理解，能讀懂設備控制程序及修改優化相關程序和參數（三菱、西門子等PLC及變頻器和伺服系統，WinccKingviewC#等組態平臺），熟悉溫度、液位、真空壓力、位置、流量等傳感器及儀表的原理結構及故障判斷和備件調試校對。
• 對化工流程管道、氣動電動閥門（調節閥、球閥、蝶閥等）、流體泵（離心、螺桿、屏蔽泵等）、真空泵（旋片泵、液環泵、羅茨泵等）有一定的維修維護經驗；
• 熟悉自動流水線的工作原理及維修維護；
• 有變頻器維修經驗；
• 對設備數字化、底層數據采集具備一定的認識和經驗；
• 有電力變壓器專用生產設備，如繞線機、煤油氣相真空干燥設備、真空濾油機油處理系統、喬格硅鋼片橫剪線、Delu氣墊車、各類真空泵、行車、升降平臺等設備的維修經驗。
  

綜合素質要求

• 本科以上學歷，機械、電氣、機電一體化專業，6年以上生產設備維護維修相關工作經驗，具有中級（或以上）工程師資格證書。
• 有焊工、高低壓電工操作證的優先考慮。
• 具備機械、電氣、液壓等專業知識.
• 具備一定的英文能力，能讀懂理解設備的外文說明書，進行簡單的口語交流。
