Customer Successs Manager Reponsibility: ? You support the Sales Manager in the preparation, creation and follow-up of offers. ? You are responsible for the management of existing customer relationships as point of contact (POC), taking into account technical and economic framework conditions with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction ? You are the interface to the customer in the processing of customer orders and contracts and providing status updates ? You are responsible for commercial support throughout the entire business relationship and are in regular contact with customers assigned to you in consultation with the Sales Manager. ? You work closely with internal interfaces such as engineering, product management, supply chain management and aftermarket service s to support the timely resolution of problems/issues related to product design and/or manufacture ? Collect customer feedback and make process changes to exceed customer satisfaction goals ? Maintain ERP system (Epicor/SAP) with current request, quote and order/shipment related information ? Be available to travel to customer locations, as required Requirements: ? 3 years prior customer support experience ? You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or technical field, or equivalent work experience ? Prior experience working with customers in a global environment ? You have already gained professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in aviation and / or in the metalworking industry ? We assume experience in dealing with MS Office and ERP systems Experience with Epicor or SAP is desirable. ? You are customer-oriented, convincing through an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working, have a good communication talent, are also characterized by high reliability and work effectively under time pressures. ? You have the ability to interact effectively at various levels within the customer’s organization Fluency in spoken and written English is essential in an international environment; another foreign language is an advantage ?
