1. 完善公司的質量管理體系和管理制度,并監督執行;
Optimize and execute Quality management system and policy ;
2. 負責量產產品的制造過程質量控制,生產過程巡檢,統計過程控制,生產異常的分析及解決等;
Responsible for quality control of volume-produced product, inspection, statistical process control and analysis and resolution for abnormal production.
3. 處理客戶投訴的質量事故,協調公司內部團隊分析及解決客戶反饋問題并做預防報告;
Accountable for dealing with customer complaints, coordinate related department to analysis and address the issue and make corrective actions report.
4. 參與、策劃各種質量管理活動,如參與對外協合作方的審核、認證工作和內部人員的質量培訓;
Participate and plan quality management activities, such as participate external audit, certification and internal quality trainning .
5. 質量團隊管理,質量管理團隊組織架構的設置,工作責任的分配,日常工作的協調與監督;
Quality team management, organization chart set up, responsibility assignment , and daily work coordinate and supervision.
6. 識別和評估潛在的質量風險,制定并監控風險控制措施,定期審查更新以適應變化;
Identify and assess potential quality risks, develop and monitor risk control measures, and regularly review updates to adapt to changes.
7. 負責制定和執行安全政策、培訓員工、監督作業現場、處理事故、準備應急響應,并持續優化安全管理流程,以確保遵守法規并維護員工健康與安全。
Responsible for developing and enforcing safety policies, training employees, supervising work sites, handling incidents, preparing for emergency responses, and continuously optimizing safety management processes to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain employee health and safety.
