工作職責:
1了解客戶需求,專注于行業中高端候選人尋訪工作,掌握訪尋標準,明確
尋訪方向和目標公司
2根據企業客戶需求,按照公司標準操作標準,通過各種渠道尋訪人選,協助
顧問甄選推薦人選,協調安排客戶面試、協調背景調查、薪酬談判及上崗輔助
3積累豐富的行業候選人資源,與候選人保持良好溝通,候選人入職前、中、后的跟蹤服務,并為候選人提供相應的中長期職業發展規劃
4密切關注行業人才信息,與客戶和候選人保持良好關系,了解市場動態,尋找和挖掘業務信息,進行業務拓展
5及時更新數據庫,完成直線領導交給的其他工作協助進行Offer談判、簽署、以及背景調查等工作
6完成月底工作考核,達成績效考核目標
任職要求:
1本科及以上學歷(優秀者可放寬至大專)
2.有相關人力,銷售,咨詢等工作經驗優先,較好的語言溝通表達能力,思維邏輯
分析能力
3堅毅,自知,個性開朗擅于溝通較好的表達能力
4有個人明確的中長期職業規劃,認同公司的企業文化,價值觀
薪資福利:
1薪資結構:基本工資+績效工資+項目提成(40%-70%)

operating duty:
1. Understand customer needs, focus on searching for high-end candidates in the industry, master search standards, and clarify
Search direction and target company
Based on the needs of enterprise customers and in accordance with the company's standard operating procedures, search for candidates through various channels and assist
Consultants select recommended candidates, coordinate and arrange client interviews, conduct background checks, negotiate salaries, and provide on-the-job assistance
Accumulate rich industry candidate resources, maintain good communication with candidates, provide pre -, mid -, and post employment tracking services for candidates, and provide corresponding medium - and long-term career development plans for candidates
4. Pay close attention to industry talent information, maintain good relationships with clients and candidates, understand market trends, search for and explore business information, and expand business
5. Update the database in a timely manner, complete other tasks assigned by the line leader, assist in offer negotiations, signing, and background checks
Complete the end of month work assessment in June and achieve the performance assessment goals
Job requirements:
1 Bachelor's degree or above (excellent candidates can be relaxed to associate degree)
2. Relevant work experience in human resources, sales, consulting, etc. is preferred, with good language communication and expression skills, as well as logical thinking

Salary and benefits:
Salary structure: Basic salary+performance-based salary+project commission (40% -70%)
