The company’s objective is to manage and protect IP for domestic and
international variety owners in China and also to represent Chinese plant

SVM had set up a China subsidiary company – Shenzhen SVM Variety Management Limited in Guangdong Province at 2020.

Purpose of the position:

With the rapid expansion of SVM's business in China, our variety hub is
seeking additional personnel to strengthen our production management team. We are looking for a candidate who can apply their strengths and skills to support the Production Manager in overseeing various aspects of site operations. Key responsibilities will also include facilitating the importation of new plant varieties from overseas to China, thereby accelerating their domestic availability and market promotion.

Responsibilities:

? Overseeing inventory management of variety hub stock, including physical counts, record-keeping, and managing inbound/outbound logistics. Collecting, preserving, and transporting budwoods as per team requirements.
負責園區苗木盤點、記錄和出入庫管理，根據團隊需求采集、保存、運輸接穗。
? Developing budding plan based on team needs and liaising with partner nurseries for contract propagation of trees.
根據團隊需求制定嫁接計劃，與合作苗圃溝通訂單育苗。
? Assisting in coordinating the importation of new fruit tree varieties,
including managing communication for related quarantine and inspection
processes.
協助果樹新品種從海外進口到國內和相關隔離檢疫的協調與溝通。
? Supporting daily management of variety hub tree growth, ensuring timely application of horticultural practices, plant protection measures, irrigation and fertilization.
協助園區苗木日常生長管理，包括園藝、植保、水肥的及時操作。
? Aiding in the observation and documentation of on-site trial plantings for new varieties.
協助園區內新品種試種觀察和記錄。
? Contributing to video filming for social media like WeChat Official
Accounts to promote new varieties.
協助運營新品種推廣相關公眾號和視頻號的內容拍攝。
? This position reports directly to the Operations Director.
日常工作向運營總監直接匯報。
Requirements:
任職資格:
? Bachelor degree or above in Fruit tree/Horticulture/Agriculture or related disciplines.
本科以上學歷，果樹、園藝、農業或相關專業。
? Dedicate in agricultural area, hardworking, adapt to production base
environment, have strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
Experience with fruit orchard production is preferred.
有志于投身農業領域，工作勤奮，責任心強，吃苦耐勞，能適應基地的工作環境，具備較強的溝通協調能力，有果樹園藝工作經驗者優先。
? Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure.
能適應在高壓和快節奏的環境中獨立工作。
? Good team player with strong interpersonal skills. Good multi-cultural adaptability.
良好的團隊協作和人際交往能力,以及多元文化適應性。
? Good level of written & spoken Chinese & English.

? Holding a driving license with good driving skills.

? The job is normally based in Rizhao, Shandong, but occasional travel to other provinces is needed.
