1. Responsible for leading incoming Inspection and training of sampling program to inspectors;
2. Lead and manage supplier assessments and supplier PPAP;
3. Drive supplier quality development initiatives. Participate in APQP for externally supplied parts;
4. Identify and analyze high exposure and/or highly complex supplier quality issues internally and at suppliers' sites;
5. Issue SMRR to vendor when problem happens; drive 8D root cause analysis and corrective actions;
6. Coordinate continuous improvement/scrap reduction projects;
7. Compliance with TS 16949 documentation requirements including work instructions, procedure changes, process changes and customer part number changes;
8. Assist with special projects as assigned by quality manager or designee;
9. Other tasks assigned by superior.
要求：
1. Bachelor degree must be in a technical/engineering major;
2. 3-5years experience in automotive quality;
3. Certified TS 16949 auditor preferred;
4. Experienced in application of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and problem solving, etc.;
5. Good computer skills-Word, Excel, SPC software;
6. Good oral and written communications skills, both in English and Chinese.
