Job Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customers' daily product usage issues, including hardware and software installation and debugging, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance suggestions, etc.
2. Provide technical support such as solutions, product installation, and debugging based on customer needs.
3. Complete system deployment and debugging, user training, problem tracking and resolution according to project requirements.
4. Be responsible for the functional, performance and security testing of company products.
5. Assist in writing product description documents and related training documents.
6. Collect and summarize product defects, new demands and new applications, continuously improve products and systems, and provide suggestions for product and system planning.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronics, communications, automation or other engineering fields;
2. CET-4 or above, proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
3. For those with outstanding abilities, the educational requirement can be appropriately relaxed for a bachelor's degree.
4. Relevant working experience in system operation and maintenance, system integration, etc. is preferred.
5. Strong initiative, hands-on ability, sense of responsibility, good security awareness, communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
6. Familiar with mainstream operating systems such as Linux and Server, capable of system performance optimization and security reinforcement.
7. Familiar with mainstream databases such as MySQL and SQL Server, and proficient in basic operations such as installation, backup, and recovery.
8. Familiar with basic network planning and design, and have certain capabilities in the installation, debugging, and maintenance of network equipment.
