PURPOSE:
This is a development sales position within the TPWEAR Company, reporting to Sales Manager /Director China. The incumbent will work in a large territory of diverse industries with sales revenue. His key activities will directly contribute to sales growth; marketing development and distribution channel development for the Heavy industrial markets in the East China territory.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum University/College Entrance or equivalent
大專或本科畢業資格
Relevant working experience in Incineration industry&veterans is preferred
有垃圾發電行業工作經歷或退伍軍人優先
Mechanical aptitude essential
具備機械基礎知識
Minimum 3 years demonstrated sales experience. Strong experience in channel and end-users sales.
至少有3 年以上的從事渠道和直銷的銷售經驗
Minimum 3 years sales & Marketing experience in Heavy duty industry (Coal Fired power plant /Cement/Steel/Mine industry/Incineration plant).
具有面向礦業、水泥、火電廠、鋼鐵、垃圾發電客戶,具有3年以上銷售市場工作經驗;
Being familiar with mining, cement, power, steel, incinerate, Wear Protection and Anti-corrosive Market is preferred
熟悉礦業,水泥,火電廠,鋼鐵,垃圾發電行業,并對耐磨保護及防腐其市場有良好認識者優先;
Marketing skills an advantage
良好的市場開發技能及悟性
Advanced inter-personal, negotiation and planning skills
善于人際關系處理、協調和規劃技能
Successful Time & Territory planning experience vital.

Make competent product demonstrations and install DEMOS as needed to produce samples for promoting/selling the product offering.

Participate Sales and Marketing meeting Regularly
參加定期的市場和銷售會議
Meet annual territory expense budget and submit expense reports and claims as required by Finance department.
