Job Responsibilities:
1. Travel and entainment expense booking weekly
2. Payment handling weekly
3. PO checking daily
4. GIT details checking
5. AP reconciliation monthly
6. Responsible for Tagetik report for AP part monthly
7. Support corporate income tax related matter
8. Support annual audit
9. Payment clearing in system weekly
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
About you
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance
2. Serious attitude, careful, responsible, easy to communicate
3. Proficient in using Office software, such as Excel and Word
4. Good English reading and writing skills, and certain English listening and speaking skills
5. Internship period: 6-8 months, at least 4 days per week, full-time (5 days per week) is preferred
