崗位職責:
主要職責:獨立承接并帶領團隊成員完成轉讓定價三層文檔、供應鏈籌劃和稅務抗辯等項目。
其他職責:參與稅務咨詢相關項目,包括但不限于相關稅收法律法規的整理和研究,參與常年稅務顧問項目和稅務盡職調查項目等。
任職要求:
1. 具有良好的溝通能力、快速學習能力、團隊協作能力并具備分析、戰略思維方式和優秀的數字分析能力;
2. 本科(含)以上學歷,學歷專業不限;會計、經濟、稅務、金融或法律類等專業優先;
3. 在事務所擁有5年以上相關經驗且熟悉中國轉讓定價規則者優先;
4. 流利的中英文表達能力且熟練使用Excel、Word和PowerPoint處理技能。
**Job Responsibilities:**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Independently undertake and lead team members to complete transfer pricing documentation (three-tiered), supply chain planning, and tax defense projects.
**Other Responsibilities:**
- Participate in tax consulting projects, including but not limited to the organization and research of relevant tax laws and regulations, participation in annual tax advisory projects, and tax due diligence projects.
**Qualifications:**
1. Excellent communication skills, quick learning ability, teamwork skills, analytical and strategic thinking, and outstanding numerical analysis capabilities.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, with no restriction on major; majors in accounting, economics, taxation, finance, or law are preferred.
3. Over 5 years of relevant experience in a firm and familiarity with China's transfer pricing rules are preferred.
4. Fluent in both Chinese and English, and proficient in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
