Job Responsibilities
崗位職責:
1.Responsible for library user services, taking the lead and coordinating the development of circulation policies and procedures based on user needs.
負責讀者服務工作，根據用戶需求，牽頭協同制定流通政策和流程；
2.Collaborate and participate in the creation, development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative circulation-related projects and services, identifying areas where services need improvement.
協同并參與創新流通相關項目和服務的創建、開發、實施和評估,并確定需要改進服務的領域；
3.Manage circulation and storage modules, familiar with relevant systems (such as Alma, LCC, Marc21), familiar with all circulation business and configure system parameters, research and test new functions, and recommend parameter changes to library technology staff.
管理流通和存儲模塊,熟悉相關業務（如Alma, LCC, Marc21），熟悉全部流通業務并配置系統參數，研究和測試新功能，并向圖書館技術人員推薦參數變更；
4.Arrange and organize various reader events every academic year.
安排和組織每學年的各類讀者活動；
5.Directly supervise library student assistants, labor dispatch personnel, and have the ability to effectively recruit, train, and communicate.
直接監督圖書館學生助理，勞務外派人員，有能力進行有效的招聘、培訓和溝通等；
6.Excellent user service skills.
出色的讀者服務技能；
7.Other duties assigned by the library.
圖書館分配的其他職責；
8.This position requires rotating shifts during evenings and weekends.
本崗位需要安排晚上和周末進行輪值工作。
Requirements
任職要求：
1.8 years or more of work experience, including 5 years or more of academic or research library user service or other related department work experience.
8年及以上工作經驗，其中5年及以上學術或研究圖書館用戶服務或其他相關部門工作經驗。
2.Understand the mission and functions of research-oriented libraries, as well as the information needs of academic users.
了解研究型圖書館的使命和功能以及學術用戶的信息需求。
3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
優秀的人際交往和溝通能力。
