1.Provide strategic HR support to the plant to support it's achievement of the business goals.
2.Attract, retain and motivate the right people.
3.Improve individual competence, assure healthy inter-and intra-group relationships and enhance organizational capabilities of initiating and managing changes in order to strengthen organization effectiveness.
4.Review annual HC budget submitted by all departments; Propose and get approval of annual budget on Admin cost, C&B cost and L&D investment.
任職資格:
1.Bachelor's degree with major in human resources management or related fields preferred
2.Over 5 years HR relevant experience with MNC
3.Understanding of the business and have a strategic view of HRM
4.Knowledge of the functional HR methodologies and tools for recruitment, C&B and O&D

3. 理解業務,并具有人力資源管理的戰略視角。
4. 掌握與招聘、人力資源管理與開發以及組織發展相關的功能性人力資源方法和工具。
