硬裝項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理裝修管理安全管理住宅地產(chǎn)辦公地產(chǎn)裝飾裝修
崗位職責(zé)：
1、 負(fù)責(zé)執(zhí)行、監(jiān)督裝修工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范化的詳細(xì)施工計(jì)劃與全流程；
2、 負(fù)責(zé)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工人和物料管理；
3、 負(fù)責(zé)工程物料驗(yàn)收、儲(chǔ)存及保管；
4、 負(fù)責(zé)負(fù)責(zé)裝飾裝修的成品保護(hù)工作；
5、 參與班組技術(shù)交底、安全生產(chǎn)交底、操作方法交底以及隱蔽工程施工工序監(jiān)督、檢查；
6、 負(fù)責(zé)收集施工過(guò)程中的各類變更及簽證資料；
7、 負(fù)責(zé)整理工程施工過(guò)程記錄，包括視頻資料，形成記錄檔案及檔案保存管理；
8、 負(fù)責(zé)填寫(xiě)施工日志，記錄生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)，每日匯報(bào)上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作進(jìn)度情況；
9、 根據(jù)施工月計(jì)劃及周計(jì)劃進(jìn)度表，跟進(jìn)進(jìn)度情況以及物料需求計(jì)劃跟進(jìn)；
10、 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作任務(wù)；
任職資格：
1、 香港籍或有香港工簽，在深圳/香港上班；
2、 有香港裝修項(xiàng)目工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、 年齡25-35歲；本科及以上學(xué)歷，土木工程、工程管理類相關(guān)專業(yè)；
4、5-10年以上裝修裝飾工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5、 熟悉裝飾裝修物料、工程工藝流程、施工規(guī)范及驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
6、 具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，工作細(xì)心嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、吃苦耐勞、執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)；
