Patent topics and contracting in the portfolio context ? Creation and release of marketing-, engineering- & testing requirements and technical concepts for product development ? Compilation of reports and statistics ? Preparation of calculations, offers and business plans ? Further development of company's technology and product range ? Continuous improvement of the organizational processes and development of quality and productivity enhancing standards. Qualification Requirement: ? Bachelor or above equivalent in industrial engineering or similar. ? Familiar with product development, product creation process and product lifetime management. ? 6+ years working experience as Project/Program Manager in R&D organization. ? Technical background for Ethernet or RFID technology is preferred. ? Computer operating skills in MS Office, MS Project, Collaboration Software, Requirement Management Software (e.g. Polarion) . ? Very good English skill and presentation skill is needed. ? Motivated in learning new technologies, processes and industrial standard. ? Good communication skills, motivated, pro-active, creative and the ability to lead a team in an international environment.
