We are a fast-growing international fashion company specializing in fast fashion for global markets. We are currently seeking a creative and highly experienced Lead Fashion Designer to join our Guangzhou office. This is a unique opportunity for a talented foreign designer to take the lead in developing full collections, working directly with suppliers, and shaping the next trends in fast fashion. Position: Lead Fashion Designer Location: Guangzhou, China Salary: Competitive, based on experience Position: Lead Fashion Designer Location: Guangzhou, China Salary: Competitive, based on experience Key Responsibilities · Lead the development of seasonal collections from concept to final sample. · Approve final designs, trims, and measurement specs before production. · Work closely with the international buying and design teams to translate concepts into commercially successful collections. · Guide fabric and trim sourcing to meet brand aesthetic, lead time, and cost targets. · Review samples and fittings, giving clear direction to the local development and supplier teams. · Prepare and review tech packs and ensure accurate communication with manufacturers. · Ensure all styles meet design, fit, and quality expectations before production release. Qualifications · Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in fast fashion design, preferably in a global retail environment. · Strong skills in garment development, construction, and technical specifications. · Proven ability to manage full collection development in a fast-paced timeline. · Familiarity with working alongside Asian suppliers and factories. · Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese is a plus but not required. · Creative, detail-oriented, and organized. · Must be based in Guangzhou or willing to relocate.
