一、**崗位職責(zé) / Job Responsibilities**
1. **制定營銷策略**
- 根據(jù)酒店市場(chǎng)定位及年度目標(biāo),制定全面的市場(chǎng)營銷計(jì)劃及預(yù)算。
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and budgets based on the hotel's positioning and annual goals.
2. **市場(chǎng)分析與推廣**
- 分析行業(yè)趨勢(shì)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手及客戶需求,調(diào)整營銷方案以提升市場(chǎng)份額。
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs, optimizing campaigns to increase market share.
3. **客戶關(guān)系管理**
- 維護(hù)重要客戶(如企業(yè)、旅行社、會(huì)展公司)關(guān)系,開發(fā)新客戶資源。
- Maintain relationships with key accounts (e.g., corporations, travel agencies, event planners) and explore new business opportunities.
4. **品牌管理與宣傳**
- 策劃線上線下品牌推廣活動(dòng)(如社交媒體、OTA平臺(tái)、行業(yè)展會(huì)等)。
- Organize brand promotion campaigns (e.g., social media, OTAs, trade shows) to enhance visibility.
5. **團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作與培訓(xùn)**
- 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo),定期培訓(xùn)提升團(tuán)隊(duì)專業(yè)能力。
- Lead the sales team to achieve targets and provide regular training to improve performance.
6. **業(yè)績(jī)監(jiān)控與報(bào)告**
- 監(jiān)控營銷活動(dòng)效果,定期向管理層提交分析報(bào)告并提出改進(jìn)建議。
- Track campaign performance and submit analytical reports with actionable insights to senior management.
二、 **任職要求 / Requirements**
1. **教育背景**
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營銷、酒店管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred.
2. **工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)**
- 5年以上高星級(jí)酒店或相關(guān)行業(yè)營銷經(jīng)驗(yàn),有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
- 5+ years of marketing experience in star-rated hotels or related industries; team management experience is a plus.
