MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

? To provide effective HR support to the store and management team. You will be responsible for handling and managing all HR topics related to the staff in the store

? Recruitment: interview, welcome, in-out paperwork

? Training :planning, evaluation, update records

? Employee relationship

? Health and safety

? Resolve payroll queries

? You will be the partner of store manager Reporting line to HRM
你將成為店長的合作伙伴,向人力資源經理匯報
? Provide regular reports to the Store Manager and Regional HR Manager on the performance of the store regarding hours and productivity
定期向店經理和區域人力資源經理匯報門店的工時和工作效率
? Presence on shop floor to get to know the team and their potential and support the floor when needed

任職要求:
? University Degree or Above.
大學本科及以上學歷
? Human Resources education is preferred
人力資源專業優先
? High volume of managerial experience (more than 50 employees)
有管理大規模團隊的經驗(50人以上)
? Speaks Mandarin and oral English
良好的中英文口語交流能力
? Initiative to identify and solve problems and opportunities to be proactive
積極主動地發現和解決問題,主動尋找機會點
? Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and training skills
良好的口頭和書面溝通能力,善于人際交往和良好培訓技能
? Experience with MS Office systems
能熟練使用office辦公系統
? Experience in a flexible work mode retail environment would be advantageous ?
具有零售等相關行業彈性工作經驗優先
