2.Vendor Management:Set rules and lead all vendors related with HR review process

·Admin&Activity
1.Employee Satisfaction Improvement
2.Office Equipment&Facilities Management
3.Review and support employee travel application
4.Office Expense reimbursements
5.Monthly review budget and expense progress
6.Office security maintenance
7.Employee Health & Wellness management
8.Organize Office activities,various festival activities.Store Manager Convention,etc
·Labor Management
Retail & SSC attendance data confirmation and attendance management (including control of working hours and management of attendance,such as late arrival , early departure, holiday management )
·Communication
Strengthen cross departmental communication and collaboration to provide trustworthy services for Retail and SSC
任職要求:
1. 3 or more years of experience in admin function,administration experience in large enterprises is preferred.
2. Bachelor
s Degree or above
3. Excellence in Microsoft Office,etc. PPT,excel
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
