會計師事務所外企集團公司財務/審計/稅務
Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
·
Responsible for analysis to support corporate strategy, including financial models for long term land development plans, public housing and others.
·
Responsible for development and implementation of financial models for various residential, commercial and industrial development.
·
Assist with Group budget and financial projections.
·
Assist in the preparation of reports to Shareholders, the Board of Directors, Finance and Investment Committee and Audit and Risk Committee, in relation to finance plans, accounting, tax, treasury and risk-related matters. These reports include formal papers and slides pertaining to plans and proposals, periodic reporting,and ad hoc topical updates. (Responsible for English versions of such reports.)

Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor /the head of department from time to time.

Founded in July 2009, the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City Investment and Development Co., Ltd(SSTEC) is the master developer of the Tianjin Eco-City. It is a 50-50 joint venture between a Chinese Consortium led by Tianjin TEDA Investment Holding Co., Ltd and a Singapore Consortium led by the Keppel Group. As master developer, SSTEC works closely with the governments and private sectors of China and Singapore, as well as other international partners, to plan and develop the Eco-City. SSTEC is committed to building a sustainable Eco-City that is ecologically friendly, socially harmonious and resource efficient.
