Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, no major requirement, English is preferred
大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷, 專業(yè)不限,英語專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
具備有效的中文和英文的書面及口頭表達(dá)能力
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
熟練掌握微軟辦公軟件系統(tǒng)的使用
4. CET 4 or above
英語四級及以上
5. Good customer service mindset
良好的客戶服務(wù)意識
6. Organized and attention to detail
做事有條理,認(rèn)真細(xì)致
7. Good team player and willing to support across different teams
