1. Responsible for all compensation and benefits management including monthly salary,performance bonus, annual budget & forecast, salary review and etc;
2. Fully in charge of recruitment, including annual hiring planning, searching,
selection and hiring. Make ensure to implement recruitment strategies and plans within required timeline;
3. Conduct exit interview and analyze the root cause of leaving. Leverage resources and take proper actions to reduce turnover rate.
4. Ensure all data/information in HR system are accurate and up to date;
5. Deal with employee relationship case, keeping align with company policy and
government regulation;
6. Build up communication channel and keep regular communication with plant management team and employees to provide HR consultancy on HR issues.
7. Training needs collection and assist to work out annual training plan, follow up and evaluation of training program;
8. Related HR reports completion in a timely and accurate manner;
9. Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
