  • Bachelor degree in a position related direction

    Working experience工作經驗：
  • 3 years or above experience in a related position such as Tool Management, Project Management, Logistic
    3年或以上數據管理，項目管理，物流等相關領域工作經驗


    Knowledge and Certificate知識及證書：
  • Basic knowledge of Logistic operation process
    具備物流操作流程的基本知識
  • Basic knowledge of onsite management
    具備基本的現場管理的知識

    Skill and competency技能及任職能力：
  • Good English or German language skills
    良好的英語或德語
  • Good communication and systematic working skills
    良好的溝通能力及條理化的工作方式
  • Ability to work under pressure
    能夠在壓力下工作
  • Be familiar with SAP
    熟練操作SAP 系統
  • Be familiar with office software

  • Responsible for realize, follow up and control equipment check, refill of returned equipment
  • Responsible for realize, follow up reorganization process of missing equipment
  • Responsible for follow up and control QMF preparation on time (Tools and equipment)
  • Responsible for controlling equipment handout and return
  • Responsible for controlling goods in check and store for new and used goods
  • Responsible for realize, follow up and control equipment maintenance process
  • Responsible to clarify unclear requests with applicant and / or function department
  • Responsible for realize, follow up and control equipment repair process
  • Responsible for realize, follow up and control equipment replaced / scraped process
  • Initiate cost assignment of new, refill or replace equipment internal and to each project
  • Follow up reorganization process of missing equipment
  • Support the internal workflow optimization and adjustment
  • Support SAP transaction implementation and optimization
  • Support equipment update according to new machine types
  • Support equipment standardization
  • Handle other tasks assigned by direct superior, Manager Tool Management or company
