As a key member of the APAC PEOPS (People Experience & Operations) team, the PEOPS Associate Supervisor will take ownership of end-to-end employee lifecycle operations management for Taiwan and Hong Kong markets, with primary accountability in payroll E2E management, benefits management, Total rewards operation (TR), and employee related cost management (ERC) and process improvement and compliance by liaising with key stakeholders.
Payroll Management:
?Process end to E2E payroll accurately and timely for TW/HK employees.
?Handle bonuses, incentives and one-time payments with proper tax compliance.
?Monitor outsourced HK payroll vendor performance and SLAs.
?Conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews.
?Implement quality checks to reduce manual corrections.
?Maintain 100% on-time payroll with near-zero error rate.
Responsibilities:
1.Bonus & Incentive management:
?Generate the eligibility list (or Compile the qualified candidate list).
?Collect and consolidate sales performance metrics (or sales attainment data).
?Compute bonus and incentive compensation amounts.
?Submit sales incentive payments to the payroll system.
?Process bonus disbursements via payroll.
?Distribute sales performance reports with corresponding payout.

Provide high quality benefit management work per defined work scope and drive consistent process improvement and efficiency. Ensure a smooth collaboration with venders.

3.Total Rewards Operation

?Master Data & System Governance Support core HR processes by ensuring accurate TR-related master data and configuration in global/local systems.
