Job Summary:
The Project Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Project Managers and project team. They will assist with system admin, coordinating schedules, preparing documents, tracking project tasks and deliverables, and ensuring smooth project operations. This is an internship role intended to provide hands-on experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide administrative support to the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, and following up on action items
? Maintain project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes
? Monitor and track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools
? Assist with the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other communications
? Coordinate logistics for project team meetings, events
? Support the project team with ad-hoc tasks and requests as needed
? Observe and learn about project management processes and procedures
